It never fails. One Friday, every month, I have a fabulous time.
I owe that to very special people- all of YOU. This past year, I've watched our Wellness Crawl grow. The most wonderful people show up, month after month, to share their Fridays with us. I can't thank you all enough for showing up and giving this unique event a chance.
This past Friday's Crawl was great. There were a lot of familiar faces and a lot of new ones. Plus, we still had a little warmth and sunshine before the snow!
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Wellness Crawl, it's a night where you can make healthy, fun. We connect with friends, get an acupuncture treatment, practice a little yoga and celebrate with each other over food and drink. It's our version of a "healthy" bar crawl. Our motto is "your vibe attracts your tribe". We want to get you social with like-minded people and make it an evening you look forward to.
Special thanks to Lori Martucci, of the Hott Spot, and Ron Longo, of The Crafty Jackalope, for making these evenings possible and AMAZING, as always. Lori's yoga talent and kind nature along with Ron's famous platters and creative combinations, never go unnoticed. I think I can confidently speak for all three of us, when I say we feel very blessed to have such great support. Without you, these evenings wouldn't be possible.
An additional thanks to Elizabeth Sawich for her volunteer work in keeping me on time, taking pictures and making sure you are all comfortable during your acupuncture session.
Sharing my 3 favorite addictions with everyone (acupuncture, yoga and food), in the same night, has become my new favorite addiction!
I can't wait until next time. Mark your calendars for it. Friday, May 6th. I hope to see you all there!
