Hey there, Gals. It’s time to celebrate each other with our heart YOU campaign!

 Sisterhood, biological or otherwise, is something to be celebrated! With Valentine’s Day coming up, we want to encourage you to show your gal tribe how much they mean to you. Have some fun with your ladies! Treat your mom, daughter, aunt, grandma, sister or friends. As women, I don’t think we do this enough for each other. A morning of mimosas, meditation, yoga, acupuncture and gratitude. This workshop is for women in their teens onward (mimosas for 21+). The yoga is for all levels. The acupuncture will work to balance the hormones at all stages of reproductive health: menarche through menopause.

Start your Saturday morning off right. Mimosa in one hand, pen and paper in the other, sitting next to some of your most fabulous friends. Today is about fun, gratitude and sisterhood. Bring your favorite journal or use the notecards provided to set some intentions and do a little gratitude journaling.

The first hour, Erin Grace, RYT will guide you through a playfully inspired yoga sequence.  It is adapted for all levels of practice. Beginner through advanced yogis, welcome. The second hour you'll receive an acupuncture treatment designed for hormone balance at any age. Kristen Happe, L.Ac. will perform the treatment. Meditation will follow, with time given for reflection and journaling.

What to know and bring:

Please wear yoga clothes that we can roll up to your knees and elbows for your acupuncture treatment. Needles will be on the arms, hands, legs and feet. Bring your yoga mats if you have them.

Hot coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be provided. Mimosa’s will be available for those 21 or older. Please bring your ID.
